We are an all adult guild that is currently working on titles, having fun while finishing quests and passing time until gw2 comes out. I listed our guild as pve instead of pvx, though we do alliance battles and a few other pvp things, just not gvg or ranked pvp stuff.

About us
-) [HotR] is primarily a PVE guild but have a small group of members that like to play TA, HA and will volunteer for GvG in our alliance.

-) We are Kurzick, no faction farming required though.

-) Fully loaded guild hall.

-) Most of our members have multiple level 20 characters who have finished multiple campaigns.

-) We are extremely mellow, helpful and friendly. We have a vast range of players with varying experience levels from uber DoA people to casual part time PvE'rs.

-) We are also primarily an adults only guild (18yrs +) with a very small handful of exceptions. So we ask that all future guild members be a minimum of 18 years please. Our alliance is also 90% adults.

-) We are in an 8 guild alliance with some other fairly large and knowledgable guilds.

-) Our guild has been in operation since April, 2006, however there are a small group of original players who have played together since April, 2005.

-) We have a very friendly and helpful guild who are nice to new players. While we are not necessarily socially conservative, we do have a strong moral code where we don't tolerate scammers, begging, racism or any other type of hatred towards groups.

Activity Level:
-) Since we are an adult guild with most of our member who have full time jobs or full time college students, our rules for kicking due to inactivity are much more relaxed than a lot of other guilds. We understand that real life gets in the way sometimes.

-) If you are kicked for inactivity due to a purge, we are happy to reinvite you.

Communications
Ventrilo information (Vent) will be given out to all members who desire it. We do not require anyone to use vent.

Direction
-) [HotR] is, always has been, and always will be a PvE oriented guild. You will never be forced to PvP or FF.

-) [HotR] is all about fun times and not about spazzing over rank.

Current Members:
-) We have about 50 people in our guild (10 officers). We average 25 active players per week. There seem to be a minimum of 5 people in game on average.

-) Our average age is 27 years old, with a range from 18 as our youngest member. We have married couples, college students, techies, writers, teachers and many others.

-) Time Zones: Our players are mostly EST/CST players, about 10 PST players, 2 from Hawaii. We also have players that work odd hours as well, so we have a pretty good range of people on most hours.

We ask that as a courtesy you give us a week long chance before deciding we aren't a fit instead of guild hopping after an hour.
